so i read that link and thought, oh this sounds easy. So i bought a stripper, but she wouldnt repaint my bike. no i bought some stripper, the most eco shit i could find, ie you can touch it and your hands dont rot off and you unborn baby doesnt die 30 years before its concieved… and it didnt even dent the paint. so i got some nasty stuff, and that takes it off, but very very slowly and annoyingly, and its melting the chemical resistant gloves i bought. yum. so i wouldnt recommend that shit. get it sandblasted.
also: he says it takes about an hour to strip the frame. try…oh i dunno… 6 hours. i finally got it almost clean. i primed the frame and fork. now i just have to pick out colours. i’m thinking harvest gold and cream… where to find that spray paint though… lowes dont gots it.
