Where is the youtube shit about biking in DC or Baltimore. It seems like there are two kinds of bike culture news, 1. Portland is the model city for biking (Amsterdam in America?), 2. NYC is hip but people die so there is a constant struggle for bike rights. Never anything about Baltimore, what the shit, is there even a critical mass in Baltimore anymore?
