Jason left his DOPE cyclocross bike at the shop one day and Chris Jarcy and I made sure he would be safe for his next outing. It took him over an hour and a half to remove all the safety equipment we supplied him. He was pissed but I think it cured him of leaving his bike at the shop overnight.

thats awesome. its really too bad that such a rad bike is in the hands of such a nefarious wanker.
Everytime I see this picture I just about pee my pants with laughter… it literally took him over an hour to remove all these reflectors. We had them pointing at the tires and the chain and back up toward where he would be sitting and every other which way. I attached the chain gaurd to resemble a chopper exhaust pipe. He really was pretty pissed, he even whined to Mark about it, but Mark just asked him if he had indeed left his bike there overnight and how he had been told to never do that. I love the training wheels attached to the same side…perfect for NASBIKE left-hand-turn velo madness stabilization.
Thats great! You can never be too safe.
Unbeknownst to me I rolled in to the shop, and told Jay(holding nose)son to stop taking the reflectors off, cause it looked pretty sweet with them all on! Someone made a comment of it being like some chopper with lots of mirrors and running lights?!
Barney Fife said it best:
“The rich are different. You ever see a rich kid’s bicycle? Solid chromium, with at least six or seven red reflectors.”
