		<description>jack drives have been around for 100 years.  velocio rode one, and so did major taylor, although he didnt race on his.  columbia made one, as did a few other companies.  

belt drives are for motorcycles.  i wanna keep my rubber on my tires, thanks.  

recently a brooklyn DH bike had a jack drive.  i think it was the super trucker.  or tmx</description>

		<description>man, just the other day I was half-joking about a bike that had a shaft drive chainstay deal...and now this. I&#039;m still holding out for a belt drive system for BMX bikes that will eliminate the whole 25-9 gearing trend of late. I would trade the glow in the dark feature for sparks shooting out of the rear hub any day.</description>
