Bikes on the Freeway

Critical Mass “protests” kind of fall in that gray area of legality and results. But this is just ridiculous, other than getting on the local news, possibly causing accidents or deaths, the amount of awareness that comes out of “protests” like this is debatable.

    In the great state of CA, you can “lane split” as it’s called on a motorcycle during traffic like shown on the vid. Doing it on a fixed gear bike and filming it and calling it a protest…?
    hardly protesting shit…
    except maybe logic…
    noone should stand for logic in the bike world…
    where would we end up…?

    I totally commute by bike on the highway here for half a year (until my office relocated).

    It was no protest. Just stopped traffic (during rush hour)made it easy and safe and the quickest route.
