so, joe just scored this big fat document from carrol county, and its a huge list of all their dirt roads.  they have a ton.  way more than we do here in frederick!  lets map them.  but there are a bunch, and we dont want redundancy.  so!  we need a plan to divy up the work.  ideas?  volunteers?  at a quick count, there are maybe 150-200 roads.  thats not much if we divide the work.  mapping ten roads takes maybe 30 minutes, if you take your time and do it right.

who’s in?  who’s got a plan?
