cross races to drink gin at
two upcoming cross races that we are gunna spectate at: elkridge on the 2nd of Nov, and some sorta championship in taneytown on the 30th. who’s in? we will not go if: it is nice out, and has been nice for a few days. we want mud, and broken 1000 dollar wheelsets. rain and sleet are preferable. no one wants to see fit people pedal around on grass in nice weather!
Bring yer cowbells and booze of choice in a concealed container. Or a paper bag like a bum.
I’d like to stop by the Rockburn race, since it’s only a couple miles from my home. You going to be there all day?
jon, we usually roll in after the rank amateurs ride. say… i dunno, at 11? i really cant remember. just after the first races are done, and the faster folks are out. i hope you got cowbell. if not: farm supply store.
I’ve got cowbell, but can’t make Nov. 2nd, got to scout Gambrill for trail maintenance.
